We will be your consultant and planner, taking care of all your planning needs. We will be available to meet you in your most convenient time and place.
Theme conceptualization:
We will help you conceptualize a theme that will fit with your personality.
Decorations and Set-Up
We will oversee the design, decoration, and set-up of your party, and will coordinate with our set-up staff prior to your party and the day of your party to make sure every detail is taken care of. If there’s a need for a professional event stylist, we can refer a reliable supplier to you to perfectly match up the theme of your party.
Guest Management
Our team will take care of the guest registration, briefing of the program participants, ushering of guests
Catering
We will provide you a list of reliable full catering services for your party. In the event that we are not able to meet your catering desires, we will coordinate with your chosen caterer, schedule the food tasting and will do a close coordination on the event itself making sure that the food is well served
Open Bar and other party favors
We can contact a mobile bar to serve your guest an open bar of cocktails and wines for your party.  
For other activities such as face painting, photobooth, candy/popcorn booth, icecream booth, etc we will recommend the best suppliers for you
Music and Entertainment
We have extensive lists of the best musicians, bands, and DJs. We will provide contracting and coordination of your music and entertainment needs.
Party Hosting
We will attend and oversee your party, along with our well-trained assistants. Any needs that must be met during the party will be taken care of, and we will coordinate scheduling for the entertainment, music, and special numbers.
Break-Down and Clean-Up
 Project Weddings & Events Specialist will facilitate the ingress and egress of your party. You will not have to worry at all about the state of the rented facility when your party is over. We will take care of everything making sure that everything is properly in order.

 We have composed our wedding service packages based on your specific needs. Please take note that additional service will be charge accordingly.
We custom fit our rates depending on the status of the wedding preparations, number of guests and location of the wedding and of course the budget of the couple. We don’t want to add up to the couple’s burden in terms expensive rates. J J J

WEDDING SERVICE PACKAGES:
I. FULL SERVICE COORDINATION (9 to 12 months before the wedding)
This will start from conception to completion. We will help you come up with a wedding statement for a clearer picture of how you want your wedding to be. Then we will take care of the rest for you. This service offers complete coordination and is suitable for clients who have just started planning and would like to start preparations with the help from our planning and coordinating services. It involves 6 to 12 months of preparations.
 Service Package includes:
  1. (4  - 6) event coordinators.
  2. Budget Planning
  3. Ceremony and Reception Sites (ocular inspection)
  4. Bridal car
  5. Guest and Sponsors Listings
  6. Preparation of Invitations
  7. Coordination with suppliers. (This includes: booking, contract signing, payments, and setting delivery dates.)
  8.  Scheduling of Wedding Rehearsals.
  9. Wedding Itinerary.
  10. Bride and Groom Checklist and Time Table.
  11. Entourage Line-up.
  12. Follow up and confirmation of attendance of guest/attendees.
  13. Church and Reception set-up
  14. Coordination with the emcee and musicians or choir.
  15. Construction of the wedding program
  16. Full supervision on the day of the wedding. (This includes flowers and misalette distribution and assistance during offertory and assisting at the reception.)
  17. Guest Management. (This includes: registration, seat plan, gift registry and etc.)
  18. Over all reception program and other behind the scene events.
  
II. TURN OVER COORDINATION (At least 6 months before the wedding.)
When you feel that you are having a hard time planning and coordinating your wedding, and you are already half way through it, we can continue the plans that you have started. This service offers additional assistance, follow-ups for the preparations that clients have already done. You should have accomplished more than half of the initial preparations and you would like us to take over. It usually involves 3 - 6 months of preparations.
Service Package includes:
  1. Full-turn over of what you have accomplished.
  2. Coordination with other needed suppliers.
  3. Other services will depend on what part of the preparation you have already accomplished. Please refer to the detailed list of services on the “FULL SERVICE COORDINATION” package.
III. DAY COORDINATION (100% COMPLETE AND ONE MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT)
This service focuses more on the day of the event with some assistance to finalize details prior to event day. Clients will furnish us with all the details of the preparations. Timeline will be limited to 1-2 months before the event.
Service Package includes:
  1. All the planning and arrangements are done; our job is to follow up and coordinate with all of your suppliers.
  2. Includes 2 to 4 wedding coordinators to assist the entourage and to supervise the entire event from the church to the reception.
  3. Scheduling of Wedding Rehearsals.
  4. Wedding Itinerary.
  5. Bride and Groom Checklist and Time Table.
  6. Follow up and confirmation of attendance of guest/attendees.
  7. Entourage Line-up
  8. Full supervision on the day of the wedding.
  9. Church and Reception set-up
  10. Coordination with emcee and musicians or choir.
  11. Overseeing set-up of the venue, table arrangements, technical (light and sounds), food, florist, and others. 
  12. Guest Management. (This includes: registration, seat plan, gift registry and etc.)


IV. CONSULTATION PACKAGES
Our team will assist you, from the time you contracted our services to days before the wedding day itself. This service is applicable for you, if you have a number of friends or relatives who could help you assist with your needs come to the most important event in your life but they just don’t know the proper ways to prepare it. On a pre-arranged meeting at least (2) two weeks before the wedding day, we will turn-over the checklist of activities, time table schedules and roles of each person involved for the ceremony and reception and their corresponding tasks.
For other events, service packages will be presented upon client’s consultation.
